PURPOSE:To prevent damage and deformation of moldings due to a pin for fixing an insert after molding by providing such a mechanism wherein this pin is projected to the surface of the insert fixing part at a time of molding and moved backward from the projected position at a time of mold opening and pulled into a mold. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical member 21 is buried in the inner face of the insert fixing part 15 of a top force. A pin 20 for fixing an insert is repulsively projected via a coil spring 25, etc., into the cylindrical member 21. The wires 30 are connected to an axial part 24 of the rear end of the pin 20 and inserted into a protective pipe 31 and passed through the top force 11 and then connected to a pulling mechanism 40 of wires. These wires 30 are pulled at the prescribed length via an intermediate axial member 65 by operating a lever 60 and the pin 20 is moved backward. By this constitution, the pin 20 is projected from the surface 15A of the insert fixing part at a time for setting an insert 13. The wires 30 are pulled by the pulling mechanism 40 after molding and thereby the respective pins 20 are buried in the inside of the surface 15A of the insert fixing part. |
