PURPOSE: To fixedly densely connect moldings without using an additional joint or another molding by covering a connecting surface of melted molding/ profile material with a polymer having affinity for a base polymer, melting the coated connecting surface, and pressing it. CONSTITUTION: A connecting surface of a molding/profile material is heated to a melting point of a crystalline polymer component by supplying a heat from an exterior. Then, the melted connecting surface is immediately covered with a polymer having an affinity for a base polymer. Then, the coated connecting surface of the molding/profile material is melted by external heat supply, and welded to one another by applying a pressing pressure. The polymer coating of the melted connecting surface is conducted by dipping in the melted polymer material. This may be a polymer powder. This powder is adhered to the melted surface, and a part is already started to be melted to the connecting surface by melting heat. |
