PURPOSE:To enhance manufacturing efficiency and manufacture a good resin molded product by bonding molten resin on a resin sheet or a film adhered preliminarily onto the surface of a core component through a hot melt adhesive layer and forming a resin molded section. CONSTITUTION:One surface or both surfaces of a core component 1 formed of a metal plate having rigidity such as a stainless steel plate are cleaned and then hot melt-type adhesive is applied thereon and a resin sheet 3 is heated and fixed by pressure with a roller or the like and adhered thereon. A resin molding section is formed by injection molding heat melted synthetic resin of said resin sheet 3. At that time, the resin molding section and the resin sheet can be bonded together firmly, by using a compatible one, or even if the same are not compatible, the same can be bonded together firmly by providing a primer layer on the surface of the resin sheet. |
