发明名称 METHOD FOR COATING OUTER CIRCUMFERENCE OF ANTISEISMIC DEVICE FOR BUILDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a coating layer to the outer circumference of an antiseismic device by inserting the antiseismic device into a mold consisting of a drum part and a bottom part and also introducing liquid material into the space of the mold. CONSTITUTION:An antiseismic device 1 is formed by alternately laminating a metallic plate 2 having proper thickness and a rubber layer 3. An outer circumferential coating layer 4 is provided to the whole outer circumference excepting the upper and lower both faces of the antiseismic device 1 to protect this device 1 from a fire. The outer circumferential coating layer is made by utilizing a mold 5. This mold 5 consists of a drum part 6 and a bottom part 7. A mixed liquid of both a main liquid agent becoming the coated layer and a curing agent is introduced into the space 8 between the inside face of the drum part 6 and the antiseismic device 1. This mixed liquid is introduced and thereafter allowed to stand for some time and the liquid material is hardened. A coating layer 4 is formed to the outer circumference of the antiseismic device 1. Thereafter this device 1 is taken out from the mold 5. As the material of the outer circumferential coating layer, a liquid silicon rubber foam coating, thermosetting type liquid resin foam such as polyurethane and liquid rubber foam are utilized.
