The platform according to the present invention comprises several modular elements, namely a base element 1, an underwater storage tank 2, and a deck 3 which are capable of floating by themselves. The deck has a lobed structure formed of frustoconical hulls 19 and cylindrical hulls 20 separated by vertical radial walls 29 and horizontal reinforcing walls 18 distributed around a central support column 24. The deck is also provided with a central support column 35 along which it can be adjusted in terms of height.
