PURPOSE:To facilitate the fitting of a rain gutter and a window glass to a car body and facilitate their manufacture by integrally molding a synthetic resin frame on the peripheral section of the glass, and integrally molding the rain gutter structure portion with this frame. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin frame 2, e.g., a gasket and a molding, is integrally molded on the peripheral section of a glass 1, and a rain gutter or drip groove structure portion 3 is integrally molded with this frame 2. In manufacturing, a window glass 21 is pinched by a core 24 or a cavity 25, for example, and a cavity space 27 is formed on the peripheral section of the window glass 21. A rain gutter structure body 23 manufactured separately is arranged at the preset position of the cavity space 27, and a frame material is injected through a gate 28. The frame material is solidified in the cavity space 27, and the frame 22, rain gutter structure body 23 and glass 21 are integrally molded. The fitting of the rain gutter and window glass to a car body or the like is facilitated, and their manufacture is facilitated. |
