The apparatus for generating a vocal warning through an interphone on generation of an abnormal signal through sensors and switches and simultaneously informing the corresponding state to the neighbors by vocal sound, comprises; an interphone (1) and a speaker (2); a microcomputer (10) for detecting the generation of abnomal states to output the corresponding warning data; a warning signal generating part (20); a state display part (30); a function selection part (40); a warning sound generating part (50); a switching part (80) for forming an outward informing path; and an external interface part (100) for receiving and transmitting the warning.
