An arrangement for securing, among other things, an insulation layer on a building wall comprises a plastic securing device 1, an expansion plug 14 which extends through a hole 5 in the shaft 2 of the securing device in order to anchor the arrangement in the building wall, and a mesh attachment for a reinforcement mesh which includes a link arm 16 connected to the securing device 1. According to the invention, the shaft 2 of the securing device 1 is designed with a connecting web 21 of predetermined cross section, a stop element 22 arranged next to the connecting web 21 for limiting the rearward displacement of the arm 16, and also a locking member 24 arranged nearest the rear end 6 of the shaft for the purpose of fixing the arm 16 in a rest position with its outer securing portion 18 located near the centre line A of the shaft 2. The arm 16 has a hinge part 17 which is annular and encloses the connecting web 21 with play between them, which play permits free displacement of the arm 16 from the fixed rest position to an active position in which a securing portion 18 of the arm is located at a distance from the centre line A of the shaft 2, for attachment of the reinforcement mesh. <IMAGE> |
