PURPOSE:To prevent operator's head or the like from collision with a parallel linkage of a stand device even if he scans turning around a mechanical tool by providing an interference avoiding section having the proximity of the end side bent upward on the lower side link bar of the parallel linkage. CONSTITUTION:A parallel linkage 4 consisting of two parallel links 2, 3 is mounted on the front end of a center shaft 1. The lower side link bar 2b has the end 6 side bent upward to be horizontal together with the upper side link bar 2a, so that a space as interference avoiding section 7 is formed on the end 6 side. A medical microscope 5 provided on the end 6 is pivotable about the axis P3 and the focus f of said microscope 5 is located on the axis P1 of the center shaft 1 such that the position of the focus f is not changed even if the parallel linkage 4 is transformed in the directions A, B. Since the parallel links 2 has the interference avoiding section 7 bent, an operator 19 can perform an operation with easy position without any interference of his head with the parallel links 2. |
