摘要 Photosensitive electrophotographic material consists of a charge carrier transfer layer (1) of a Se-As alloy, a charge carrier generating layer (2) of a Se-Te alloy and a top coat (3) of a Se-As alloy, laminated to a conductive substrate (4). The novelty is that it also has a charge carrier injection barrier layer (5) of Se-As-S alloy between (2) and (3) and/or between (4) and (1). USE/ADVANTAGE - The material can be used with a digital copier, printer, etc. using long wave light for exposure. It has good dark decay and fatigue properties and is stable, even at elevated temp.
