PURPOSE:To bleach small fishes uniformly and safely by heat-treating them, as ozone is bubbled through the bleaching kettle by means of a bubbling means. CONSTITUTION:For example, the kettle for boiling and bleaching small fishes, having a cylindrical form with square side walls 2 and the bottom is divided inside and provided with water paths 8. 8'. Steam pipes 16 and ozone pipes 15 which has pores to jet ozone bubbles are fixed together at the bottom of the water paths. The ozone pipes are connected to all ozone generator. A liquid driving mechanism equipped with propellers 7 is set to circulate the solution in the main body of the kettle. For safe operation of the kettle, the side walls and the bottom of the kettle are covered with an insulation material 1. Further, a cover of a reversed funnel shape 25 is placed on the kettle and the exhaustion duct 28 equipped with fan 26 and electric motor 27 is set at the top of the reversed funnel to exhaust the gas. |
