<p>PURPOSE:To simplify handling by a method wherein a waste water pan and a waste water splash preventing plate are simultaneously pulled out from a containing position, and the pulled out waste water preventing plate is erected in a position above the waste water pan by means of an energizing means. CONSTITUTION:When two moving members 66 are reciprocated in the direction of an arrow mark (c), a waste water pan 8 and a waste water splash preventing plate 9 can be simultaneously pulled out in the direction of the arrow mark (c) to a pull-out position. In this case, the waste water splash preventing plate 9 is rotated in the direction of an arrow mark (i) by means of an energizing means 83 along a corner part 36a at the lower front part of a seat plate base 36 as it is pulled out to a position in front of the seat plate base 36. When the waste water splash preventing plate is completely pulled out, it is approximately vertically erected in a position above the waste water pan 8, and the lower part of a back plate 3 approximately horizontally pulled out to a position above a seat plate 2 is completely covered from a front therewith. The waste water splash preventing plate 9 prevents waste water from being splashed to a position below the seat part of a patient and is functioned as a blind plate for a position below the seat part. In the waste water splash preventing plate 81, the waste water pan 8 and the waste water splash preventing plate 9 can be simultaneously and freely protruded and retracted according to the demand of a doctor.</p> |
