The machine for cuts rolls of paper or cardboard to given lengths. It has two seaprate power driven pairs of cutting drums for simultaneously producing sheets in two different lengths (22, 23). The two pairs of drums are arranged coaxially, one pair (8.1, 9.1) above, and one pair coaxially (8.2, 9.2) underneath, so that the cutting line of both pairs are in one plane. The drums (8.1, 9.1) are housed in a common framework (10.1, 10.2, 10.4). USE/ADVANTAGE - Cutting in one plane shows a cost saving in machinery.
