PURPOSE:To stabilize the movement of a reader at reading, by providing minute rugged parts on the surface of a magnetic substance layer. CONSTITUTION:On a flaky base of plastic film or sheet, metallic foil or paper in which the area of projected part is more than the recessed area and pitch of rugged parts is 0.1-20mum, a flaky layer, a protection layer, a magnetic substance layer, and an adhesives layer are provided to form magnetic transfer sheet, and after overlapping the adhesives layer and the base of the magnetic transfer sheet, they are bonded by using a heat roll or a thermal press. Then, the base of the sheet is exfoliated to obtain a magnetic card, on the magnetic substance layer or the protection layer of which minute rugged parts having opposite relation to that on the surface of the base of the magnetic transfer sheet is formed. |
