PURPOSE:To produce good appearance of a product and to improve the quality by forming at least one of an excess groove for adhesive at center part in longitudinal direction of one or both of adhesion surfaces in pattern pieces, applying the adhesive, abutting both pattern pieces and pressurizing them. CONSTITUTION:In the adhesion surface 2a in the pattern piece 2 sticking on the adhesion surface 1a in the pattern piece 1, the semicircular excess groove 10 for excess adhesive, is formed at the almost center part of the thickness toward the longitudinal direction. Successively, the liquid adhesive 9 is applied on the adhesion surface 1a in the pattern piece 1, and the adhesion surface 2a in the pattern piece 2 is pushed on the adhesion surface 1a. By this method, a little quantity of the adhesive 9 applied on surrounding end face of the adhesion surface 1a is forced out at both outsides of the adhesion surfaces 1a, 2a to form the forced out part 11, and the greater part of this at the center part is squeezed into the excess groove 10. Then, the adhesion surfaces 1a and 2a are firmly stuck at the abutted part and the part in proximity to the excess groove 10 at the center part, and the pattern piece 1 and the pattern piece 2 are made to the integrated pattern to obtain a lost foam pattern for manifold. |
