An icecream product (icecream gateau) having wave-shaped extruded icecream layers is described, the icecream layers being formed as icecream walls arranged in upright or virtually upright position in a wave shape on a base layer. Furthermore, a process and an apparatus for producing such an icecream product (icecream gateau) are described.
