摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a flow distribution of a coolant liquid to improve a cooling efficiency of a winding and reduce a required quantity of the coolant liquid by a method wherein unevenness is formed on the surface of the winding and insulating plates are provided closely to the convex parts and the spaces formed by the plates and the convex parts are used as coolant flow paths. CONSTITUTION:A magnet wire 18 itself is composed of rectangular conductors 15, deformed conductors 16 and a wire insulation 17. Recessed parts are formed between the magnet wires by combining the rectangular conductors 15 and the deformed conductors 16 and surface unevenness is given by these recessed parts and the convex parts of the deformed conductors. Flat plate insulators 10 are provided closely to the convex parts of the surface of the winding and recessed spaces are formed by the insulator 10 and the convex parts of the magnet wires 18 and these recessed parts are used as flow paths 19 of a coolant liquid. With this consitution, a flow distribution of the coolant liquid is improved and a cooling ability of the winding is enhanced and a required quantity of the coolant liquid is reduced.
