Across the base-emitter paths of at least two driver transistors (1,2) are respective extraction diodes (3,4) which are so dimensioned that the block-delay time of the extraction diode (3) of an earlier driver transistor is greater than that of the diode (4) of a later transistor. The last driver pref. drives at least one output transistor, and parallel to the base-emitter diode of this, there is coupled a parallel resistor (13). USE/ADVANTAGE - For bridge circuit with inductive load and free-wheeling diodes, and for chopper. Switch-on speed reduced without additional diodes.
