PURPOSE:To provide a solder stripping liquid which prevents the deterioration in the performance of a copper inhibitor owing to sustained use by adding a benzotriazole and a monocarboxylic acid in combination to a prescribed acidic soln. CONSTITUTION:The benzotriazole expressed by the formula (X is halogen, nitro, hydrogen, alkyl carboxylic group) and a monocarboxylic acid (salt) such as sodium acetate, glacial acetic acid or the like are added in combination as a copper inhibitor to an acidic soln. contg. a nitric acid, hydroborofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide water to prepare a solder stripping soln. Even if a solder component dissolves into such solder stripping liquid, the liquid maintains about the same performance as the initial performance and continues to have a stable corrosion preventive effect. |
