PURPOSE:To easily adjust an inductance by burying a pair of hollow cylindrical cores to the winding body of bobbin with separation wall and by loading an adjusting core to the hole of axial center of the winding body. CONSTITUTION:A pair of hollow cylindrical type cores 14, 15 are buried in such a manner that the end surfaces are opposed through the separation wall 17 consisting of mol resin to the winding body 9 of hollow cylindrical bobbin 8. A disk type adjusting core is loaded when the bobbin 8 is formed by molding to the area corresponding to the separation wall 17 in the hole 10 at the axial center of winding body 9. Inductance can be adjusted as explained below that adjusting core 16 is trimmed in order to form a recess 16 and magnetic resistance of adjusting core 16 is increased under the condition that a winding 12 is formed on the bobbin 8 and the adjusting core 16 is fixed to the hole 10 of axial center. For such trimming, laser processing or sand blast processing is used. |
