PURPOSE:To perform tracing and detection when a file is accessed intentionally or by mistake by providing a table in which accessible processing and its attribute are registered in correspondence to files. CONSTITUTION:Job names, program names, access modes, passwords, etc., given a permit for access to files to be controlled are described are parameters corresponding to the files, and the access permit table TBL is generated on the basis of the parameters. When processing is started, the TBL stored in a disk device 1 is read in a main storage device to check whether an input user file 3 is registered as a file given an access permit or not from items obtained from the user file 3 obtained when the user file 3 is inputted. When access permit condition is not satisfied, the access is judged as illegal access and logging information is outputted to the disk device 4. |
