<p>A reactor module (1) with a fluidised bed (7) of fluid material, with a gas inlet (18) and a gas outlet (19) for a gaseous medium flowing through the fluidised bed (7) permits the production of any reactor sizes without special design measures and the production of properly metering discharge devices (8) for the fluid material in the fluidised bed through the following features: a feed trough (6) in the upper part of the module (1) movable by a swivelling drive (20); permanent fluid material guide sections (9) forming a materials outlet slot (10) between them over the depth of the module (1); material discharge devices (8) arranged beneath a material outlet slot (10) consisting of at least one plate (11, 13) the width of which is larger than the material outlet slot (10, 12) above it and forming a central material outlet slot (12, 14), the width of which is smaller than that of the material outlet slot (10, 12) above it, a plate (15) below it preventing the fluid material from passing through, its width exceeding that of the material outlet slot (14) above it, and a swivelling drive (20) for the plates (11, 13, 15) over the edges of which the fluid material flows downwards when the plates (11, 13, 15) are moved.</p> |
