The present invention concerns an arrangement for separating a syringe needle 8 from a syringe 9 which is connected to it, which arrangement comprises a container 6 intended for detached needles and having a relatively small expandable opening 7, surrounded by resilient tongues 5, for introduction of syringe needles 8.
