PURPOSE:To output distinct voice signals by outputting the electric signal formed by decreasing the noise component contained in the electric signal outputted by an auxiliary sound inputting means at the rear center in a vehicle chamber from the electric signal outputted by a main sound inputting means at the front center in the vehicle chamber. CONSTITUTION:The electric signal formed by decreasing the noise component contained in the electric signal outputted by the auxiliary sound inputting means 6 disposed in the rear central part in the vehicle chamber from the electric signal outputted by the main sound inputting means 2 disposed in the front central part in the vehicle chamber is outputted. The noise component contained in the signal of the main sound inputting means 2 and the noise component contained in the signal of the auxiliary sound inputting means 6 are made to coincide approximately with each other by a specific time correction and amplitude correction and the extraction of only the voice component is possible.
