摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve seal performance at a high temperature by calking an outer sleeve by a specific rate and interposing a thermoreactive adhesive agent layer in an inner pipe, in the case of a tightening structure by the inner pipe and the outer sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A tightening structure is for a rubber hose 10 formed by tightening its end part by a joint metal fixture comprising an inner pipe 1 and an outer sleeve 2 pressed out to the inner pipe. The outer sleeve 2 is calked by a rate set to 10 to 30% for the thickness of the rubber hose 10. Further a thermoreactive adhesive agent layer 3 is interposed between the inner pipe 1 and internal surface rubber 10a of the rubber hose 10. As a result, the structure is excellent in durability by vibration with no concentration of stress applied to a calking part even in use for a long period. Also even under an environment at a rising temperature, adhesive force is prevented from deteriorating.</p>
