PURPOSE:To easily cut off a projected section by providing the pile head section of a pile main-body, with the unbonded section of a PC steel member which is not fitted on pile main-body concrete by a fixed length from a pile upper- surface, and by setting the tip of the PC steel member on the pile upper-surface in a stretched state. CONSTITUTION:Through a PC pile 1, in the longitudinal direction of a concrete pile main-body 2, the PC steel member 3 of a PC steel rod is inserted, and the PC steel member 3 is stretched, and prestress is applied to the whole member 3. Then, the upper surface side of the PC steel member 3 is covered with the polyethylene tube 5 of a fixed length, and the member 3 is contained in a mold and is stretched and after that, concrete is placed, and the unbonded section 4 of the length of the tube 5 is formed, and on the other section, the PC steel member 3 and the concrete are fitted. Then, on cutting off the head section of the PC pile 1, a set nut 7 is loosened, and the prestress of the unbonded section 4 is set in a released state, and the crack of pile main-body concrete due 10 cutting off the pile head section, or damage due to the fitting of the PC steel member is eliminated. |
