PURPOSE:To surely switch a shift, even when an ignition switch is going to perform off-operation, by providing a power source maintaining means which continues supply of power to a device when at least no agreement is provided between a shift range and a shift command. CONSTITUTION:A shift controller 5 drives an actuator 7 in accordance with a shift command SA from an operating part 1 so as to obtain a corresponding position of a shift range SR of an automatic transmission 202 detected in a shift range detecting means 9. For instance, even when an ignition switch 11 is operated off, a power source maintaining means EC continues supply of power to a device when at least no agreement is provided between the shift range SR and the shift command SA, and shift action by the actuator 7 is continued. Thus, operation can be facilitated by eliminating the necessity for carefulness in the key operation. |
