The apparatus comprises; a projector (100); an image recording and reproduction apparatus (21); a complex image signal outputting section (600) for receiving a complex synchronizing signal and a right and left eyes image signal, detecting a vertical synchronizing signal separately, discriminating first and second fields by a detected vertical synchronizing signal, selecting and buffing right and left eye image signals sequentially and transmitting the buffed signal as a recording signal; a right and left picture separation section (200); a first and second picture conversion section (300;400) and a synchronism unifying section (500) for unifying the phase of the synchronizing signals.
