<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of contraction by forming an orifice in a cup-shaped movable member separate from a movable piston. CONSTITUTION:When working fluid is supplied from inlet 11 side to outlet 12 side, it flows both inner side and outer side passages 23a, 23b, while in a back flow, it flows the only outer side passage 23b. However no contraction effect is generated in the passages 23a, 23b. Contraction effect is caused by a small hole 40 formed in a cup-shaped member 30, which is located on the bottom portion of the member 30 and on a little inner side from a part where the member 30 abuts on a valve seat 38. The small hole 40 can be made by drilling the bottom portion of the member 30, so that it is very accurate. Whereby a flow controller 10 provides the cup-shaped member 30 with a contraction consisting to a small hole 40 to obtain stable and high accurate contraction effect even in the case of repeated clutch operation.</p> |
