(I) preferably has a sequence encoding hybrid tPAS including; 91-(PTKaa65-248 Ser-Glu-Gly-Asn-Ser-Asp)-92-t-PA. (I) is useful for treating stroke, mycocardial infraction thromboembolism etc.
