<p>PURPOSE:To keep solution of stringness phenomenon compatible with maintenance of fluidity, improve consistency for avoiding deformation and hanging down, etc., of adhesive after charging, and eliminate hygenic harm by composing main adhesive agent of silicon resin and mixing inorganic filler and naphthene therewith. CONSTITUTION:Mixed with silicon resin are inorganic filler and naphthene instead of harmful xylene. Materials such as silicon resin, calcium carbonate powder and naphthene are mixed and kneaded to be prepared in paste adhesive. The paste adhesive serving as phenol resin adhesive for a base is applied to an opening of a base as specified beforehand. Accordingly, stringness phenomenon is almost solved, fluidity is not deteriorated to maintain operability. And also consistency is improved to avoid deformation and hanging down of the adhesive after charging further hygenic harm can be eliminated.</p> |
