<p>PURPOSE:To keep a feeding position constant by delivering a capsule fed out of a carry-in part to a rotating grooved disk from a grooved guide member, and then making it so as to be delivered to a carry-out part formed with a belt running passage on the bottom part. CONSTITUTION:A different diametral capsule C as in illustration is arranged irregularly by a parts feeder 3, traveling in a grooved guide member 6 after passing through a guide tube 5 and a feeding device 7, and transferred onto a grooved disk 22. In this capsule C, its cover 2 is engaged with the circumference of this grooved disk 22, coming into a state of having its tubular part 1 hung in a groove, and it moves together with the disk 22. In this case, a lower end of the tubular part 1 comes into contact with a belt 32. Since speed of this belt 32 is set to be lower than peripheral speed of the disk, the cover 2 is preceded and tilted in a carry-out part 39 for transference. Then, the capsule is accelerated by a floating roller 43 and a pulley 29 and delivered by way of a cover material folding tube 44. With this constitution, the capsule direction can be arranged properly.</p> |
