发明名称 LASER PROCESSING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust the aspect ratio of the section of the laser beam to be projected to a work by disposing a prism and means for adjusting the optical axis of the laser beam on the optical path between the laser beam oscillator having a rectangular shape in section and a object lens. CONSTITUTION:Although the transverse width W0 of the laser beam 2 having the rectangular shape (transverse width W0 and longitudinal width W1) is invariable, the width W1 is changed to a longitudinal W2 by the refraction effect of the prism 13 when the above-mentioned laser beam 2 is oscillated from a laser oscillator 1 and is passed through the triangular prism 13. The magnification W2/W1 of the beam width can be variously changed so as to attain W1>W2, W1=W2, W1<W2 when the angle of the prism face to the laser beam 2 is changed in a direction theta by a swirling type mechanism 14 for adjusting the optical axis to change an incident angle il. The relative declination Z between the incident beam and exit beam changes slightly as well with a change in magnification and, therefore, the laser beam on the exist side is adjusted by operating a swirling/sliding type adjusting mechanism 15 installed to a bend mirror 8 in such a manner that the laser beam passes the center of the optical axis of the condenser lens 9 which is an objective lens.
