PURPOSE:To make highly reliable operation attainable, by making a tire valve insertable into a valve hole of a wheel without any damage to a tire valve cap, while installing a check device at each work whereby transferring to th next manufacturing process as checking for whether or not the preoperation is proper. CONSTITUTION:Taking in a wheel 24 through a conveyor 3, when the wheel 24 is stopped at the specified position by a stopper, a cylinder 37 is extended in motion, and an engaging part 36 enters a hub hole of a wheel disc whereby the wheel 24 is lifted up to a position where it hits the disc 45. Next, with operation of a motor 50, the wheel 24 is rotated via the disc 45. At this time, with each operation of a valve hole detection switch 53 to be used for selection according to wheel size and a valve hole stop position check switch, the wheel 24 is stopped at the specified rotative position. Then, a valve press-in device 98 is set in motion so that a tire valve is inset in a valve hole of the wheel 24 via a rod 101. |
