PURPOSE:To obtain an industrially advantageous coated iron material having excellent adhesivity of coating film by coating the surface of iron substrate with a resin composition containing a polyamideimide resin, polyether sulfone resin and organic liquid in a specific ratio and baking. CONSTITUTION:The surface of iron substrate is coated with a resin composition containing (A) a polyamideimide resin (preferable example; one obtained from trimellitic acid derivative and diamine or diisocyanate), (B) a polyether sulfone resin and (C) an organic liquid such as N-methylpyrrolidone in the ratio of the component B/the components A+B=0.09-0.375 (weight ratio) and the coating film is predried preferably at 80-150 deg.C and baked at 200-400 deg.C to give the aimed material. |
