PURPOSE:To easily mass-produce reinforcing bar substitute material of any shape by a method wherein semi-hardened FRP rod-like bound material is wound round a winding jig so as to harden the FRP rod-like bound material by heating and, after the winding jig is removed, unnecessary parts are cut away. CONSTITUTION:Rod-like bound material 1, which is drawn by a pultrusion machine in semi-hardened rod-like shape, is wound round a winding jig (b) and housed in a heating oven so as to be hardened by heating. Since the rod-like bound material 1, group of small bundles of continuous fiber 2 and thermosetting resin layer 3 are produced under semi-hardened states and their thermal hardenings are performed simultaneously in one process, the above-mentioned three are strongly bonded to one another by crosslinking reaction. If the next resin layer is bonded to the once-hardened layer, its bonding force becomes weaker. By disassembling the winding jig (b) after the hardening of the three, fiber reinforced resin reinforcing bar substitute material with the predetermined shape is obtained. |
