摘要 PURPOSE:To improve protectivity for a man on board, by actuating seat belt take-up driving means based on signals sent from seat belt fastening detection means, seat belt slack detection means and collision predicting detection means. CONSTITUTION:Seat belt fastening detection means 7, seat belt slack detection means 8, a brake circuit 10 and a car speed detection lead switch 11 are connected to the belt take-up driving means that is, a control circuit CONT, which is connected to a motor 53. The brake circuit 1 and the lead switch 11 constitute the collision predicting detection means. A motor 53 is driven by a signal from the fastening detection means 7 so that the belt is taken up to be fitted to the man on board. When a slack happens in the belt, the motor 53 is driven by the signal from the detection means 8 to take the slack of the belt. Further, if brake is applied when the car is running at a prescribed car speed or more, the belt is fastened by the motor 53 that is driven by the signal from a switch 11 of the circuit 10.
