PURPOSE:To provide an acrylic resin composition containing an acrylic resin and a specific polyamideimide elastomer, having excellent permanent antistaticity and transparency and producible at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) 70-97wt.% of an acrylic resin, (B) 30-3wt.% of a polyamideimide elastomer having a relative viscosity (30 deg.C) of >=1.5 and composed of (B1) caprolactam. (B2) one or more kinds of aromatic tricarboxylic acid (anhydride) or aromatic tetracarboxylic acid (anhydride) capable of forming imide ring and (B3) 40-85wt.% (preferably 65-85wt.%) of a polyoxyalkylene glycol containing >=50wt.% of polyoxyethylene glycol and, as necessary, (C) 0.01-10 pts. (based on 100 pts. of A+B) of one or more kinds of components selected from aromatic sulfonic acid, alkylsulfonic acid and their alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal salt, etc. |
