PURPOSE:To obtain a rooting accelerator composition capable of exhibiting excellent rooting accelerating effects by using specific saccharides, such as ribose, fructose, xylose or glucose, with a choline salt in combination. CONSTITUTION:A rooting accelerator composition containing one or two or more compounds of choline salts (especially preferably hydrochloride, phosphate or nitrate) and one or two or more saccharides of ribose, fructose, xylose, glucose, galactose, maltose, rhamnose and arabinose. Fructose, glucose, maltose and arabinose are preferred as the saccharides. The mixing weight ratio of the choline salts to the saccharides is preferably within the range of 1:(1-10). |
