PURPOSE:To attain a call to a mobile radio equipment desiring a new call and to realize a system where the degree of utility of the frequency is high by using an idle slot in a time slot subjected to time division in each radio channel when all radio channels are busy. CONSTITUTION:When lots of mobile radio equipments 100 exist in a service area and a radio base station 30 exist, one radio channel is split into plural time slot series timewise to allow an optional number of mobile radio equipments 100 to communicate with the radio base station 30, one or plural time slot series are selected and the system capable of communication is built up by using the slot. When other mobile radio equipment 100 sends a signal to the radio base station 30 while one mobile radio equipment is in busy with the radio base station 30, one idle time slot is given in a radio channel already in use to the mobile radio equipment 100 desiring the communication such as a the request of new position registration or a call to attain communication with the radio base station 30. |
