PURPOSE:To enable optimum designing of a laminate type solar cell by applying two types of monochromatic lights to measure a current-voltage characteristic to discriminate which structural solar cells limit a current. CONSTITUTION:A double-layer laminate type solar cell is made up of an upper (light incident side) solar cell 11 and a lower solar cell 12. Two types of monochromatic lights are applied to the laminate type solar cell thus obtained and a current-voltage characteristic is measured to detect by which monochromatic lights current increases. Based on the results, it can be discriminated which structural solar cell limit current. This enables the optimum designing of the laminate type solar cell. |
