The trolley, is made up of a wheeled body, supported by 1 or 2 axles, and a winch, mounted on the chassis, by means of the trestles, so as to hold the deflated barrage, and to turn around its axis. On one of its ends the winch has a cog-wheel which engages with a drive-mechanism, which can turn the winch in either direction, but which prevents it turning by itself.
