PURPOSE:To obtain the title TOFU (soybean curd) having good appearance and texture and containing uniformly dispersed ingredients by heating a vessel in which a soybean milk and solid ingredient are packed and sealed and solidifying the contents while inverting the vessel and uniformly dispersing the ingredients. CONSTITUTION:A mixture obtained by mixing a soybean milk with a solidifying agent and ingredients (e.g. vegetables, sea weeds or fishes and shellfishes) is filled into a vessel and the vessel is sealed and the mixture is heated and solidified while inverting the vessel and the ingredients are uniformly dispersed to provide the aimed TOFU (soybean curd). |
