<p>PURPOSE:To enable the culture of cells while decreasing the loss of a 1st solution by placing a diaphragm between a 1st chamber containing cells and the 1st solution and a 2nd chamber containing a 2nd solution. CONSTITUTION:For example, cells and expensive 1st solution are poured into a bag made of a diaphragm 9 and the bag is put into a bag 8 containing an inexpensive 2nd solution. The 2nd solution is circulated between the bag 8 and an exterior reservoir of the 2nd solution through an inlet port 10 and an outlet port 11 attached to the bag 8.</p> |
