PURPOSE:To uniformize the weight and thickness of a forming product by setting the reference compression force for forming and a reference forming weight and adjusting only the height of a stamp compression roll in case of a scaled weight being within a reference value and the compression force out of the reference. CONSTITUTION:The screw rod 17 for weight adjustment is provided at the lower end of a weight rail 12 and the load cell 27 for detecting a compression load is arranged at the lower part of a lower roll 20 to connect the relay 30 for weight adjustment and the relay 29 for pressure adjustment to a computing element 6 respectively. A formed tablet 7 is periodically measured by a scale 5 at its weight to electrically store the detected weight in the computing element 6, which corrects only the height of a stamp compressing roll 20 without performing the weight adjustment even in case of the detected compression load of the load cell 27 being out of the set reference compression force range, when the detected tablet weight is found within the preset weight value. Since the variation in the thickness of a forming product can be corrected both the weight and thickness are uniformized. |
