PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of maintenance slip generating business and to reduce the labor of this business by fetching maintenance cause information from a maintenance device and generating a maintenance slip corresponding to the maintenance cause of the maintenance device based on this maintenance cause information and maintenance fundamental information stored in a storage means. CONSTITUTION:A storage means 3 of various information, a maintenance slip generating means 4, and an information transmission means 5 which transmits and receives information through an online transmission line 16 and transfers received information to a control means 2 are connected to the control means 2. The storage means 3 is provided with a magnetic disk 8, where slip pattern information as the base of maintenance slip generation and maintenance fundamental information such as parts list information are stored, and an auxiliary storage part 9. The slip generating means 4 is provided display part 10, a printer 11, and an input part 12 of the maintenance information and generates a maintenance slip corresponding to the maintenance cause of the maintenance device based on maintenance cause information fetched by the information transmission means 5 and maintenance fundamental information for maintenance slip generation stored in the storage means 3. Thus, the maintenance slip is automatically and quickly generated, and the accuracy of the generating business is improved to reduce the labor. |
