PURPOSE:To eliminate a need of the normalizing operation for division to perform division of high speed and high precision by realizing a digital filter having a specific gain to a divisor and using this filter as a divider. CONSTITUTION:A subtractor 13 to which a dividend input signal I is inputted and a reciprocal approximate value generator 18 are provided, and a divisor input signal L is inputted to the generator 18 and this generator 18 generates its reciprocal approximate value. A first multiplier 15 to which these output signals are inputted as multipliers, an adder 14 to which the output signal of the multiplier 5 is inputted as the input signal, and a delay device 17 are provided, and the output signal of the adder 14 is inputted to the device 17 and this device 17 gives the delay output as the input signal of the adder 14. The output signal of the device 17 and the divisor input signal L are inputted to a second multiplier 16 as multipliers, and the multiplication output of this multiplier 16 is given as a subtrahend to the subtractor. The digital filter whose gain is 1/(divisor L) is realized and is used as the divider. Thus, the normalizing operation of the divisor is unnecessary to quickly perform the signal processing of high precision. |
