PURPOSE:To enable selecting an equipment control necessary according to a power supply by providing an equipment with means for detecting the voltage of a power line in operation, means for performing said equipment control according to the voltage of said power line, means for discriminating power means being used, and control means for permitting or inhibiting the operation of said equipment control means. CONSTITUTION:When the reset of a controller 8 is released, said controller 8 conducts a first voltage readout and houses said voltage readout in a memory 3 as a voltage value VB. Subsequently, a second voltage V1 is read out housed as a voltage value VC in a memory M3. Then, the voltage value VB housed in the memory 3 is compared with VC to determine whether a voltage fluctuation occurs or not. When there is any voltage fluctuation, a battery driving flag is set while said flag is reset if there is no fluctuation. After that, an initialization is completed so that an equipment returns to a stand-by state. |
