PURPOSE:To bring a seat part (medical examination part) of a patient close to a doctor by constituting this medical treatment base so that a seat plate is always maintained in a roughly horizontal state, and on the other hand, a back plate is moved forward against the seat plate, while inclining it backward, and a part of its back plate is moved to the upper position of the seat plate. CONSTITUTION:When a patient is placed on a placing part 1 in a state that the placing part 1 is allowed to descend to a descent position, the patient places his buttock on a seat plate 2, leans his waist and back against back plates 3, 4, sets both high legs apart so as to be placed on both thigh holders 5, and takes a vertical position of a seat position attitude. Subsequently, the placing part 1 is allowed to ascend in the (a) direction from the descent position, and simultaneously, the back plates 3, 4 are moved in the (c) direction, while inclining it backward in the (b) direction as one body with both the thigh holders 5 and elbow holders 6, and the back plate 3 is moved to the upper position of the seat plate 2. As a result, the waist and back of the patient come to be placed roughly horizontally on the back plates 3, 4, and the patient's posture is adjusted to a horizontal position in a state that high legs are set apart. Next, by a movement of the placing part 1 and the back plates 3, 4, the patient is moved forward in a state of a horizontal position, and the seat part of the patient is brought close to the doctor. |
