PURPOSE:To improve a vapor recovery efficiency and to reduce the consumption of a liquid by blowing the vapor sucked from a vapor tank by a blower into the liquid inside a vapor recovery tank. CONSTITUTION:A surplus vapor is sucked from the opening parts of the work carrying-in port part 21 and carrying-out port part 22 of a vapor tank 11 by a blower 34, this vapor is blown into the liquid 13a inside a vapor recovery tank 31 and the micromist inside the vapor is assimilated by its sucking into the liquid 13a of the same material. The mist once blown into the liquid is injected from the inside of the liquid 13a in the state of its mist particle being grown, even in case of being not absorbed into the liquid, is grown to a water droplet by surely catching it by the network filter 39 of a mist reclaimer 38 and withdrawn to the tank 31 via a pipe 40. Only air is exhaust from the outlet port 41 of a duct 37. The liquid 13a withdrawn into the vapor recovery tank 31 with the direct absorption by blowing and filtering by the mist relaimer 38 is fed to a heating tank 12 as it is via a communication pipe 32. |
